- Determination Status
- Entered Date
- Determination Date
- Borrower Name
- Loan Number
- Rush
- Any applicable Documents (FEMA, NOTICE)Note: Click the link to the desired document to open it in a new browser window.
- Generate Documents button; used primarily if any information has changed, requiring regeneration of documents.
Click the Generate Documents button to regenerate the documents if any updates or changes are required.
